Hey, I’m Millie a Level 3 Qualified personal trainer who is enthusiastic about welcoming women into the gym with structure, confidence and empowerment. I strive to make the gym a supportive space where we can work together in building a healthy, maintainable lifestyle.
I specialise in helping women build their dream physique, whether the goal be fat loss, muscle building or achieving that toned look, together we create lasting results — not quick fixes.
With a community of strong females who I have educated, coached and guided into enjoying every session, we create those habits that form the long term results that I’m passionate about.
