3 Month Personal Training £597 – paid in full, or monthly
Includes:
- 1 x 1-1 session per week
- 2 x online sessions per week to complete in your own time at The Unit
- Nutrition, sleep, stress & mindset coaching

Then I’d love to work with you and guide you through my 3 Month Kickstart Program.
During the 3 months I will help you gain confidence in the gym by learning correct techniques, how to use equipment, exercise progressions and variations, and give guidance on training at the right intensity for YOU.
Together we’ll work on your mobility, strength and fitness to improve your everyday life. Whether it’s improving your energy levels, reducing aches and pains or increasing quality of life through regular training and healthy habits or just feeling better about your routine and the results you gain from it, I’m here to help.
We will also talk through different nutrition, stress and sleep management habits that will help you see true progress not just in your fitness journey, but in your quality of life.
Upon completing your Kickstart program you can join my online community for continued monthly support, programs, accountability and discounted PT sessions.
