About Me:
I’m Chloe, a women’s physique specialist who runs CBC Pro Coaching. Through premium hybrid style coaching, our transformations are strategic and intentional.
All of my clients follow a phased coaching journey, designed to take you from feeling unsure in the gym to confident, strong, and visibly transformed:
Phase 1: Foundation
A short one week phase focused on understanding your habits, building awareness, and developing confidence through education.
Phase 2: Transform
This is where training becomes more focused, results become visible, and your plan is upgraded and progressed with intent. You will learn to train with confidence, fuel your body properly, and develop a physique that looks strong, refined and purpose built.
Phase 3: Evolve
This is where your physique and routine is refined and results are locked in. You’ll learn how to maintain your body, and keep progressing without burnout or extremes.
Phase 4: Thrive
This is your long term lifestyle phase. Stay consistent with community access and my full support, whilst living a balanced life that you enjoy.
Every session is fully tailored, from exercise selection and progression to tempo, rest, and intent. I coach women who want more than just “a good sweat”, they want a body that looks trained, feels strong, and reflects the effort they put in.
