With a diverse background in strength training, CrossFit, functional fitness, and running, Claire is a hybrid-style strength and conditioning coach who brings both experience and passion to every session. Having coached in a CrossFit-style gym, she understands the power of movement not only for performance but also for long-term health and functional wellbeing.

Claire believes that physical strength and fitness is the ultimate foundation for improvement and confidence in every area of life. She is passionate about helping people discover their potential—whether through lifting heavier, moving with more confidence, or improving endurance with cardio.

Her coaching style balances challenge and encouragement, with a strong focus on training for longevity. There will always be smiles during a session with Claire – she believes it’s important to bring a fun element into training while working towards lasting results. She empowers others to build healthier, stronger lives—inside and outside the gym.
